Shipping Rates & Policies

At Dragoon Dragons we understand and relate to the consumer in today's market and economic challenges that we both face. Dragoon Dragons is committed to offering you quality merchandise at the most competitive prices with reasonable shipping charges. We charge a flat $10.00 fee for UPS ground shipping for a product or combination of products under $40.00. Sometimes, the shipping cost is the same for 1 item or several items. Orders over $40.00 require a flat $20.00 fee for UPS ground shipping. Additionally, to meet the needs of our customers, Dragoon Dragons also includes FREE SHIPPING all the time on SELECT Dragon Products. These products will change weekly. The SELECT products that we offer FREE SHIPPING on, will be clearly marked. Florida residents will have 6% sales tax added on any item ordered before shipping charges. Although our prices may change daily, purchased product prices and free shipping are valid only at the stated date of the purchase.   

We ship directly from our warehouse within 72 hours of the date of purchase. Depending on your geographic location will depend on how long it will take your order to arrive. All deliveries will be made within 6 to 10 business days upon shipping. Express shipping is also available. The cost for express shipping will be 30% of your order with a $25 dollar minimum charge. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship international.   Please note: Any product that begins with a SKU of A,B,C or S, shipping time will be approximately 10 - 14 business days as these products are shipped directly to you from the U.K.

Shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam. Your shipping cost for these locations is 20% of the total cost of your items, or $25, whichever is greater. Example: If you place an order to be shipped to Puerto Rico for $200, your shipping cost will be $40. PLEASE NOTE, FREE SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED FOR ANY ORDERS GOING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS AND GUAM.

All orders will be billed on your credit card as Unlimited-D. Please feel free to contact us via e-mail at dragoondragons@comcast.net for any questions you may have. All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days in the original box and we will be happy to issue a complete refund.  You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. No credit will be given for items if they are not in their original box with original packaging, no exceptions. Any items not returned within the 30 day period will not be able to be issued a refund. Please note, for returned items, the item must be insured. 

In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail us at dragoondragons@comcast.net with the item number and nature of the damage and a digital photo. We will simply issue a refund or replacement (no shipping charge), whichever you prefer. If our Quality Control Department wishes to see the damaged item or we require the item to receive compensation, we may ask you to return it to us, at no charge to you of course.
